Ailton has been part of the construction industry since 2003 and is known for his dedication to client satisfaction and creating a positive work environment for his team. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, especially his three daughters, Sara, Esther, and Devorah. An outdoor enthusiast, Ailton loves cycling and spending time in the mountains.

With more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Doug brings a wealth of knowledge and steady leadership to every project. A devoted family man, he’s married to his college sweetheart and the proud father of four boys. When he’s not working, Doug enjoys college football, live music, hiking, and just about anything that takes him outdoors.

With over seven years of experience in customer service and administrative support, Heidy brings strong organization, clear communication, and dependable follow-through to the business. At ADM, she plays an important role in keeping operations running smoothly, and supporting the team with professionalism and care. She's proud of supporting our cleaning teams so they can deliver the consistent results ADM is known for.

AR Specialist

Griselda Hernandez

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, she helps keep ADM’s financial operations running and supporting a consistent, reliable billing process. She’s known for keeping accounts organized and up to date. Her work ensures clients experience the professionalism and dependability that define ADM’s service. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, supporting her son as a soccer mom, and exploring local coffee shops.
